Zac Taylor was the quarterbacks coach for the Rams last season http://www.thebengalslockerroom.com/authentic-malik-jefferson-jersey , but the pathetic performance by the Rams’ offense in Super Bowl LIII hasn’t put him in a gloomy mood over the last week.Taylor officially became the Bengals’ head coach shortly after the Super Bowl, and he told Peter King in that he simply hasn’t had time to think about what went wrong for the Rams against the Patriots.鈥淚 haven鈥檛 had a chance to process it, quite honestly,鈥?Taylor said. 鈥淭here just hasn鈥檛 been time. I haven鈥檛 watched the game. Honestly, I鈥檓 conflicted. It鈥檚 devastating to work so hard to get to the championship game, and for your entire team to pour everything they鈥檝e got into it, and then to lose like that.鈥淏ut five or six hours after the game Carlos Dunlap Jersey , I鈥檓 on a plane to Cincinnati, on the way to fulfill a dream I鈥檝e had for so long鈥攖o be a head coach in the NFL. And then your brain goes there. It鈥檚 just 鈥?it鈥檚 just the way it is, and you鈥檝e got to turn the page.鈥滻t’s the reality of the coaching business that Taylor and new Dolphins head coach Brian Flores, who went straight from the Patriots’ staff in the Super Bowl to the Miami job, simply don’t have a moment to think about what happened in the Super Bowl. They have higher priorities now. The New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Rams will cross paths in Super Bowl 53 in a clash of two teams constructed very differently. While the Patriots have consistently filled their roster with a plethora of mid-level free agents, the Rams have made big moves of their own over the last two seasons in acquiring top-level talent. While both strategies have resulted in a chance to bring home a Lombardi Trophy, the rosters of each team will go through change like any other team this offseason. The Patriots are never shy to let key contributors walk for a big payday Womens Bobby Hart Jersey , and some of the Rams’ depth will soon be depleted with all their cap room dedicated to their top players. In an effort to improve the Bengals’ roster for 2019, both of these teams have a few players that can better them. Here are three Patriots who will play in the Super Bowl LIII and 3 Rams who will not — all of whom could be great additions for the Bengals.PatriotsTrent Brown The Bengals are in desperate need of another offensive tackle. Brown has impressed with the Patriots, but they may let him walk in favor of last year’s first-round pick Isaiah Wynn. Brown is still just 25 years old and stands at 6’8” and 359 pounds, which would make him an impressive bookend opposite of the Bengals left tackle Cordy Glenn, who is a mere6’6” and 344 pounds in comparison. Brown will not be cheap, and if the Bengals signed him it would be a major indicator that things really are changing in Cincinnati.Trey FlowersYou can never have too many pass rushers. The 25-year-old Flowers has 21 sacks over the last three seasons and can pass rush from the inside or the outside. With Michael Johnson entering free agency for the Bengals, it would be great to see them find an upgrade instead of a band aid for once.Stephen GostkowskiGostkowski is one of the best kickers in the league and will cost a pretty penny Womens Sam Hubbard Jersey , but the Bengals need a kicker that can be trusted. Gostkowski would be a huge upgrade. Often when the Patriots let a big-time player walk in free agency, they quickly fall off a cliff. The biggest exception to this is the man Gostkowski replaced, Adam Vinatieri.RamsSean MannionThere has been a lot of buzz that Andy Dalton could be traded and that the Bengals may look to bring in Ryan Tannehill who played under Zac Taylor previously. It is clear that neither Tannehill, nor Mannion are the quarterback the Bengals need to take them to the promised land, but Mannion, like Tannehill, would provide them a player at the position who already knows what Taylor expects and the Rams’ system. If the Bengals did move on from Dalton and draft a quarterback Tyler Eifert Jersey White , Mannion would be an ideal tutor.Malcolm BrownNo, not Malcom Brown the Patriot, Malcolm Brown the Ram. The one whose season ending collarbone injury lead the team to acquire C.J. Anderson. Brown is a talented back who could be a great value coming off injury. Yes, the Bengals have two very good backs in Joe Mixon and Giovani Bernard and a rookie with some promise in Mark Walton, but having a deep group at this position is underrated (look at the Patriots). Bernard is not ideal as a primary back, so Brown would provide insurance behind Mixon. Brown is still just 24 years old and averaged 4.9 yards per carry this season.Nick WilliamsOkay, this one isn’t going to make any headlines Clint Boling Jersey White , but hear me out. Williams was a rookie for the Redskins in 2013 while Sean McVay and and Matt LaFleur were offensive assistants. He joined the Atlanta Falcons when LaFleur was on that staff and spent parts of this season with LaFleur in Tennessee and McVay and Taylor in Los Angeles. Williams has never caught on, but clearly he has something that these guys think fits their system. He may be worth taking a swing at.
